The Consulate of Mexico in Del Rio informs that as part of the activities of the tenth edition of the International Image Festival (FINI) that will take place in the city of Pachuca, state of Hidalgo, Mexico from April 24 to April 30, 2020, the Autonomous University of the state of Hidalgo (Mexico) through its executive vice president and provost, and its division of culture, issues the following call for entries for the FINI 2020.
The Contest is part of the International Image Festival (FINI), organized by the Division of Culture of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, in compliance with the University goals and its commitment to favor culture and arts promotion, contributing to the students’ training and the cultural development of society.
The main topic of FINI 2020 will be WATER, therefore, the works must show and reflect some of the idea:
Submissions start on October 10, 2019 and end on January 26, 2020.
