Visitor Visa without permission to carry out paid activities (Long Term) |

Applicable to foreigners with ample economic solvency, frequent travelers, prominent people, spouse, common-law or common-law partner or equivalent figure of a Mexican or a temporary resident or permanent resident, a relative of a temporary resident or permanent resident, or a diplomatic or consular official accredited in Mexico and supervisors of a foreign company with a subsidiary in national territory or executive personnel of subsidiaries or commercial offices of Mexican companies abroad who wish to enter Mexico as a visitor without permission to carry out remunerated activities and whose purpose is not to reside in national territory. |

Exceptions to Article 15-A of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure: |
Those indicated in sections I, III, IV subsection a, numerals 1 and 2; subsection d, e, f, numeral 1 and g of the requirements section. |
Requirements: I. Passport or identity and travel document that is valid in accordance with international law and in force, in original and copy. II. A photograph with the face visible and without glasses, in color, passport size, whose measurements must be at least 32.0 millimeters x 26 millimeters and a maximum of 39.0 millimeters x 31.0 millimeters, with a white background and front. III. Original and copy of the document that proves their legal stay, if the foreign person is not a national of the country where the visa is requested. IV. Present the documents that prove any of the following assumptions: to. Economic solvency: 1. Original and copy of proof of investments or bank accounts with an average monthly balance equivalent to three hundred days of the general minimum wage in force in the Federal District, during the last six months, or 2. Original and copy of the documents that show that you have a job or pension with monthly income free of encumbrances greater than the equivalent of one hundred days of the general minimum wage in force in the Federal District, during the last three months. b. Frequent traveler: 1. Copy of the pages corresponding to the passport that you carry that contain three valid visas or immigration control stamps, as long as they are from countries not bordering your country of residence. c. Prominent person: 1. The applicant's letter accompanied by supporting documentation in which the activities or specialties with international recognition are indicated, or, that it is a person of recognized national or international prestige or another prominent person, that is, scientist, researcher, humanist, artist, athlete, or journalist of national or international prestige. d. Mexican relative: 1. If the applicant is a spouse, concubine, common-law or equivalent figure of a Mexican resident abroad, the original and a copy of the marriage certificate or document that accredits the common-law or equivalent figure issued by the competent authority in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country in where the legal act was held in original and copy; or If the applicant is the son of a Mexican, original and copy of the applicant's birth certificate; or If the applicant has a Mexican child, birth certificate of the Mexican child, in original and copy; or If the applicant is the brother of a Mexican, as long as he is a girl, boy or adolescent, has not contracted marriage or is in a state of interdiction, he is under his legal representation, the birth certificate of both, in original and copy, and 2. Original and copy of the document proving the Mexican nationality of the person with whom you are proving the bond by family unit. and. Relative of a foreign person Temporary Resident or Permanent Resident: 1. If the applicant is the spouse, concubine or common-law partner of the foreign person who is in national territory in the condition of stay of temporary resident or permanent resident, marriage certificate or document that proves the common-law or equivalent figure issued by competent authority of compliance with the applicable legislation of the country where the legal act was executed in original and copy; or If the applicant is the child of the foreign person who is in national territory in the condition of stay of temporary resident or permanent resident, the applicant's birth certificate, in original and copy; or If the applicant has a foreign child who is in national territory in the condition of stay of temporary resident or permanent resident, birth certificate of the foreign child, in original and copy; or If the applicant is the brother of a foreigner who is in national territory in the condition of stay of temporary resident or permanent resident, as long as he is a girl, boy or adolescent and has not contracted marriage or is in a state of interdiction and is under his legal representation, birth certificate of both, original and copy, and |
2. Copy of the current temporary resident or permanent resident card of the foreign person with whom you are proving the bond by family unit. F. Family member of a diplomatic or consular officer accredited in Mexico with an ordinary passport: 1. If the applicant is a spouse, concubine or concubine of a diplomatic or consular official accredited to the Mexican government and does not intend to reside in national territory, marriage certificate or document that proves the concubine or equivalent figure issued by competent authority in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country where the legal act was held in original and copy; or If the applicant is the son of a diplomatic or consular official accredited to the Mexican government and does not intend to reside in national territory, the applicant's birth certificate, in original and a copy; or If the applicant is the father or mother of the diplomatic or consular official accredited to the government of Mexico and does not intend to reside in the national territory, the accredited official's birth certificate, in original and a copy; or If the applicant is the brother of a diplomatic or consular official accredited to the government of Mexico and does not intend to reside in national territory, the birth certificate of both, in original and copy, and 2. Copy of the accreditation card of the diplomatic or consular official before the government of Mexico. g. Supervisor of a foreign company with a subsidiary in national territory or executive staff of commercial offices or Mexican companies abroad: 1. Original and copy of the articles of incorporation or the document that proves the legal constitution of the company or subsidiary; and original letter from the company or subsidiary in which you expressly indicate that you are a supervisor of it and that the payment of the services it will provide in the country will be paid by the company, or 2. Original and copy of the articles of incorporation or the document that proves the legal constitution of the Mexican company subsidiary or the document that proves the commercial representation; and original letter from the company or commercial office in which it is expressly indicated that he is an executive of the same, or that he has an appointment as a commercial representative. V. Payment of rights for the issuance of visa in accordance with the Federal Law of Rights. |
Issuance criteria: - The issuance of the visa is subject to the result of the consular interview. - Frequent traveler is understood to be the foreign person who has made at least three international trips within a year that can be accredited by presenting a passport with the respective entry stamps or visas, as long as they are not try neighboring countries. - The consular officer must make sure that they are researchers, scientists, humanists of international prestige, journalists or other prominent persons, whose presence is considered positive for the country by verifying the documents that prove it. - The visa application procedures of foreigners who fall under the assumptions of article 43 of the Law will be denied. |
Important information for the user: - In places destined for the international transit of people by land, sea and air, the foreign person must present the passport or identity and travel document that is valid in accordance with international law and in force with a visa, and deliver the FMM to the immigration authority properly filled out. - Foreigners are obliged to provide the information and personal data that are requested by the competent authority within the scope of its powers. - The visa may be used exclusively during the period of validity, which begins with the date of its issuance and for the number of entries indicated. - The length of stay allowed in the national territory will be determined by the immigration authority at the point of internment and may not be longer than 180 days. |
