 THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF MEXICO IN MIAMI COMMEMORATES LGBTQI+ PRIDE MONTH WITH THE INAUGURATION OF "M.O.G. 2024"

  • As part of the celebration of "Pride Month", the Consulate General of Mexico in Miami through the Cultural Institute of Mexico promotes respect for the diversity and inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ community.

 The Consulate General of Mexico in Miami through the Cultural Institute of Mexico (ICM) presents the fourth edition of "M.O.G." to celebrate LGBTIQ+ Pride Month, with the firm purpose of promoting respect for diversity, inclusion, and non-discrimination.

 The M.O.G. exhibition will be inaugurated with a photographic exhibition that raises awareness and promotes respect for sexual diversity and gender expression, on Thursday, June 20th, with the work and talent of Mexican and Latin American artists such as Mitzi, Guillermo Kahlo, Malena Valdés, and Lourdes Sánchez Puig. A discussion will be held to discuss the social impact of LGBTQI+ art with the presence of The Ant Project and prominent panelists representing NGOs and local governments on Monday, June 24th.
