Visitor Visa without permission to conduct remunerated activities (Electronic Visa)
Applicable to foreign nationals of authorized nationalities who intend to travel to Mexico by air.
Requirements
| I. | Passport or travel and identity document: Must be valid under international law, current, and prove a nationality permitted by the Mexican State to obtain an Electronic Visa. |
| II. | Online Application: Complete the Electronic Visa application form, providing all information required by the immigration authority. |
| III. | Digital Photograph: A recent digital photograph of the applicant's face (without eyeglasses, white background, matching passport photo style, in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format, with a file size between 2 and 5 MB). |
| IV. | Passport Data Page Image: A clear image of the information page of the passport or travel document (in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format, file size between 2 and 5 MB), ensuring the image contains the full page and is perfectly legible. |
| V. | Method of Travel: Travel to Mexican national territory must be executed exclusively by air. |

Holding an approved electronic visa does not guarantee entry into national territory. It only allows the foreign national to present themselves at an aerial port of entry to request admission to the country.
Admission into Mexico is subject to approval by health and immigration authorities at immigration checkpoints. These authorities may, at any time, conduct an interview regarding the purpose of your trip and verify compliance with applicable legal guidelines (Article 37 of the Migration Law and Article 60 of its Regulations).
