Important Information

Holding a valid visa does not guarantee entry into national territory. It only allows the foreign national to present themselves at a port of entry to request admission to the country.

Admission into Mexico is subject to approval by health and immigration authorities at immigration checkpoints. These authorities may, at any time, conduct an interview regarding the purpose of your trip and verify compliance with applicable legal guidelines (Article 37 of the Migration Law and Article 60 of its Regulations).
