Comprehensive Women’s Assistance Desk (VAIM)
The Policy for Linkage and Comprehensive Care for Women (VAIM) provides multidisciplinary consular assistance with the purpose of protecting the rights of migrant women and offering the necessary tools for their empowerment. Through VAIM, actions and services of assistance and care are implemented for women and girls in situations of violence or abuse. The Consulates and Embassies of Mexico are Safe Zones.
