Don’t miss “Tijuana 1964: The Photography of Harry Crosby”, an excellent exhibit at La Jolla Historical Society. Harry Crosby it's an iconic photographer widely known for its pioneering photographs and extensive travels of the Baja California peninsula. In 1964, he documented, with a deeply humane vision, the streets and lives of the people of Tijuana at a historical moment in the development of the border city. +

Photography Exibit: "Mexico quiero conocerte", at MCASD Downtown
The Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego is pleased to announce that the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) is currently exhibiting Mexico quiero conocerte: Photographs by Graciela Iturbide and Manuel Álvarez Bravo at MCASD Downtown. Through their art and vision, both Iturbide and Álvarez Bravo dynamically examine Mexico's multicultural harmony and contrasts.
