1. Original letter of responsibility of an organization or a public or private institution to that invites the person to participate in any unpaid activity in the country. The letter should contain the following information :
- Company’s Letterhead
- Applicant's full name and nationality; Corporate name of the organization;
- Official registration number, as appropriate;
- Full address and contact details of the organization or institution;
- Information on the activity to be performed or the project that involves the applicant.
- The activity must be related to the purposes of the organization or institution that invites
- Length of stay or approximate date of completion of the activity to be carried out;
- Copy of official identification with photograph and signature of the undersigned responsive letter.
2. Proof of income:
- Original and copy of proof of investments or bank accounts on a monthly average balance of $ 22,000.00 US dollars ( tax free) for the last twelve months, or
- Original and copies of documents proving that the visa applicant has employment or free monthly pension income of higher taxes to $ 880.00 during the last six months.
