Compensación para personas ilegalmente detenidas por el Alguacil de Los Ángeles por encargo del Servicio de Control de Inmigración y Aduanas de los EUA (ICE), entre 2010 y 2014
¿Fuiste detenido por el Departamento del Alguacil del Condado de Los Ángeles entre el 19 de octubre de 2010 y el 14 de junio de 2014 con una orden de detención migratoria (conocida como “ICE hold”)? Si fue así, podrías ser acreedor a una compensación -por haber sido detenido ilegalmente- por medio de un acuerdo en una demanda grupal. Los afectados pueden ser beneficiarios hasta por $1,000 dólares por día por concepto de detención ilegal. Todos los afectados serían beneficiarios hasta, por lo menos, por $250 dólares y podrían recibir varios miles más.

Compensation for People Illegally Detained by the LA Sheriff for ICE between 2010 and 2014
Were you detained by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department between October 19, 2010 and June 14, 2014 with an immigration detainer (aka “ICE hold”)? If so, you may be entitled to compensation for being detained unlawfully through a proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit. Class members are entitled to up to $1,000 per day of illegal detention. All class members will be entitled to at least $250 and many will receive several thousand dollars.
