NON ORDINARY VISA

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Visa Application.
  2. Valid passport and one copy of the main page.
  3. One color picture, passport size, front view, with no eyeglasses and white background (adhered to the square on the upper left corner of the application).
  4. Original verbal or diplomatic note that must contain the following information to determine the kind of visa to be received:
    1. Whole name of the bearer (as shown in the passport).
    2. Type and number of passport.
    3. Position or rank at the Embassy, International Organization, etc.
    4. Reason of trip.
    5. Dates of trip.

 

IMPORTANT:

  • In order to provide with a better service and improve our security measures, please send copies of your verbal/diplomatic notes and the main page of passports to the email: conepaso@sre.gob.mx.
  • To set up an effective control of your petitions, it will be necessary to receive an email per individual or family (scanned on color and high resolution). Please include in the email the whole name, title and direct phone number of the person responsible for sending the visa application.
  • The schedule to receive passports will be from 8 to 11 a.m., Monday through Friday, and the visa will be ready on the same day at 1:30 p.m.
