Revocation of Powers of Attorney
One way to terminate a power of attorney is through its revocation.
To revoke a power of attorney, as stated in Article 120 of the LNCDMX (Civil Notary Law for Mexico City), a new deed must be issued confirming the revocation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fill out the APPLICATION FORM.
- Official ID: Passport, INE, etc.
- Copy of the notarial power of attorney to be revoked.
- Payment of consular fees in cash (on the day of your appointment at the Consulate). See consular fees.
PROCEDURE:

Once the complete documentation is received, you will be contacted to set a date and time for the signing of the deed at the Consulate.
