Birth registration for persons born abroad
Schedule your appointment on the Citas SRE portal (https://citas.sre.gob.mx/) or through MiConsulado by phone or WhatsApp at +1 (424) 309-0009. Remember that these are the only official authorized channels for scheduling appointments.
Click here to download the requirements and your application, which you must bring completed on the day of your appointment.
If on the day of your appointment all the requirements are met, the procedure will proceed and the registration will be done the same day. Otherwise, a new date will be scheduled to complete the process.
