The Consulate's primary objective is to enforce the human and legal rights of Mexicans living abroad. To assure respect for the human and civil rights of all Mexican citizens residing within the jurisdiction of this Consulate is our main task.

Outside regular office hours (9:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday) or during weekends and holidays, and only in case of emergencies where your life or well-being is in danger, contact (416) 315-5876 (please note that calls will be taken at this number ONLY outside regular office hours and ONLY for cases involving Mexicans in ONTARIO and MANITOBA).
